This is a small (1600sq/ft) duplex. My wife wants to lean into the Pizza Hut vibe and paint her red (which I’m not totally opposed to, TBH). But in the interest of helping this lil’ lady reach her maximum potential, what say you? How do we revive her so that she can live her best life? You will be shocked to hear that a new roof is needed, so please feel free to weigh in on that. We realize that landscaping is desperately needed - right now we’re really focused on the structure (though we would love to hear any and all ideas).
